All orders come with tracking numbers except:

Flat items such as stickers and greeting cards, which are sent through lettermail and do not include tracking. 

Additionally, flat items such as pins and jewelry (within Canada) will be sent through lettermail and do not include tracking.

If you wish to receive tracking for your order, you will need to purchase upgraded shipping.

 

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance covers losses due to in-transit damage and packages lost in the mail. If you would like shipping insurance, please choose the shipping insurance option at checkout. 

Only orders that are insured will be able to claim for losses due to transit damage or items lost in the mail.

If your order was not received but has been marked as delivered, please inquire with your local post courier. We cannot send replacements for items that are marked as delivered. Thank you for understanding!

 

Approximate delivery times:

Canada : 1-2 weeks

USA: 1-3 weeks

International: 2-5 weeks

 

Order batches are dropped off at the post office once a week.
